The guacamole is the best I've ever had, the ceviche (which I tried for the first time here) is a must order when I'm here food, the burrito is so big that I can have leftovers the next day, and the owner and her family are extremely nice and don't try to rush you out the door!. In my opinion, the best Mexican restaurant in town! Truly a hidden gem and I encourage everyone who loves Mexican food to try this place!”

“Food was tasty, looked and taste fresh. Best Asada Quesatacos thus far, by far, in the area. They were very flavorful. Quesadillas were good. Pina drink was a little sweet for me but fine once diluted. Wish the restaurant served Jamaica, other than that no complaints, so far, so good. If the restaurant served desserts, this would definitely be my one stop shop for good eats. Taqueria El Tapatio is my go to restaurant for Mexican food in the area, on DoorDash.”

“The owners Trish & Derek are the nicest people. Tanner, who works there is very nice. Trish is a talented baker. She makes the most beautiful yummy goodies. “Seriously delicious food and friendly staff. I came to Pizza Underground after reading some Google and Yelp reviews as well as recommendations from locals. The food was seriously delicious. I ordered a Caesar salad and the jalapeño popper pizza with Baffin, jalapeño and chunks of cream cheese. The salad would have been enough for a main meal; it was huge with tasty, garlic butter croutons. The pizza was beyond perfect. The dough was wood fired (A++) and the sauces were perfect! I ordered a cupcake to go and took more than half of my pizza home.My server was Tabitha and she was soooo friendly! The sweetest, most bubbly person who you absolutely want to be the face of your restaurant. She was smiling and happy the entire time and so sociable. She needs to be recognized for being the VIP of the restaurant.”

“We had a good experience. Seating is definitely limited; but may be better in warmer months when can sit outside. Do wish there was a kids option for a smaller portion burger/fries as a mom of a little $13-14 for a meal for her to only eat maybe half is a bit much. Staff were not only friendly, their customer service was above and beyond, and our southwest pitas (both times this is our second time back now) were delicious! It’s now our go-to lunch spot when we visit Jeff City!”

“Have you ever considered driving 4 hours out of state on the weekend to eat somewhere? I can say I have with Ecco Lounge. I’ve been twice, both during trips to do a ghost hunt at Missouri State Penitentiary. I am so in love with Ecco Lounge that I am daydreaming about it! The atmosphere is incredible. I love the historic, old school vibes-it makes it comfortable but also there’s a lot to learn about the history! The staff is always friendly. One of the waitresses even recognized us last time from the year before! The food is the cherry on top. I haven’t had a single item there I didn’t absolutely love and I must say, the prices are super fair for the portions you get! So much cheaper than many other places! If you’re looking for historic vibes and amazing food served with a smile, Ecco Lounge is where you need to eat. If there’s any wait at all, I promise it is well worth it.”
