They seated first comers at the windows for max panoramic view. Awesome even on a cloudy night.

Before we tried this restaurant we assumed it was swanky and expensive. Atmosphere is tasteful, yes, but we didn’t feel out of place, and prices were relatively reasonable as sit-down places go these days.
With cloth tablecoverings, sapphire napkins, nice dinnerware and oil candles, it’s got the ambiance for a celebration meal or a romantic evening.

This isn’t McDonalds; build in plenty of time to enjoy the experience.

Management added surprise extra touches. I’m not telling you how, in case they can’t do them for everybody on busier nights 😉.

Everything we ordered was perfectly done. Savory grilled steak and roll on the French dip sandwich. Sapphire Burger exactly medium-well. Fries ultra crispy and hot.

“I've been twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time was part of a large group. It took longer than estimated, and another group with one less person came in and was seated before us. They were not on the waiting list or had any reservation.The other thing that could have been done better was only one server was assigned to such a large group. She did her best, but the service experience would have been better if she had help.Also, as a note, gratuities are included in the check for large groups. The second time was just the two of us, and everything met our expectations.“

“Freddy’s in Jeff City was the perfect stop while traveling back from a wrestling tournament. After a long day on the road, it was so nice to grab a hot, familiar meal that everyone was excited about.

The burgers and fries were exactly what we needed—fast, fresh, and comforting—and the frozen custard was a great treat to wrap up the stop. Service was efficient, and everything moved quickly, which is always appreciated when you’re traveling with tired kids and tight timelines.

We wish we had gone there sooner because the food, staff, and prices are really great. We will return to M.C. real soon.“

“We stopped by Slim Chickens around 11 AM on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to find it nearly empty with just one other couple was there. There was plenty of free parking in the lot, and the restaurant was easy to spot from the main road.

I didn’t even realize there was another location in St. Louis, so this was a nice surprise! The food was great. We ordered chicken strips, fries, and garlic Texas toast. The portion size was generous for the price, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

What really made it stand out, though, was how perfect it was for my autistic son. He loved the garlic toast (a rare win for us!) and was totally hooked watching LEGO on the TV, which helped him stay calm and happy the whole time. The employees were friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience.

“Like most Applebee’s, the food was standard and consistent with what you’d expect anywhere in the country. Unfortunately, my experience was brought down by the seating — they placed a very loud family with several kids right next to us, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Very disappointing.

On the food side, the chicken taco wontons were a bit over-fried, but otherwise everything was the typical Applebee’s standard.“

“I ordered the boneless bundle which was 20 boneless wings, fries, vegetable sticks, and tots. I picked up the order and had 20 traditional wings, no fries, no tots. I took it back, showed them my online receipt, they remake it ans still no fries. I couldn't keep waiting around. The food is good but I'll stick to Wing Stop“
