“2/8/23 - Dairy Queen in Herculaneum, Missouri...helping in our community... Dairy Queen (90 Scenic Plaza Dr, Herculaneum, MO) Yesterday was my daughter’s 12th birthday! She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! We admire and thank you for your kindness and support. For food…my kiddos go-to favorites are their cheeseburgers, fries and a blue raspberry-flavored “freeze”…a combination of slushy ice mixed with ice cream. Our family has enjoyed DQ birthday cakes for years. My personal favorite their ice cream cake with itty-bitty Oreo pieces inside. DQ also offers dairy-free treats, DoorDash delivery, Uber Eats and rewards/special deals through their mobile app. We are thrilled to have this establishment serving our local community. “This new location is wonderful! I visited the dining room shortly after 4am. Expecting to find the normal items, I was surprised to find this location also serves breakfast items. In fact, it wasn't until I learned of this location that I came to understanding Arby's offered breakfast.My mind had already been set on trying the "Good Burger" combo meal, which was in promotion of the movie. While I didn't care for the burger (personal preference only), I do feel that the food was fresh, well prepared, and made quickly. Separate from this, I received A+ service from Sandy, the front lobby person, who was refreshingly friendly, professional, and informative. She, thoroughly, answered all of my questions and I really felt accommodated to the fullest. Due to the above experience, I encourage everyone to visit this location so that they can have the same experience I had.“

“This White Castle location is pretty standard—quick and affordable if you’re craving sliders. I personally don’t like onions, so I always ask for them without, and they get it right every time. The food is fresh, but the service can be a little slow during busy times. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a fast, greasy snack, though don’t expect anything fancy.“

“Love the chili! Fantastic service. Staff are friendly & helpful. Always busy but never a long wait. The atmosphere is the best. We love sitting outdoors & enjoying the water feature, it creates a memorable experiences.
Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves sitting by the waterfall and she especially likes the frog that spits water out. How fun!“

“My son has autism with sensory issues and we avoided all restaurants for about 10 years since he struggled with noises and being around children. With therapy and maturity, we have worked our way to now weekly visits to Festus Fazolis. My son loves spaghetti and garlic bread and can walk around and get his own drink. It gives us all a chance to sit as a family for a quiet meal out. Thank you to the friendly and understanding staff 😊“

“Lady at the window renee was very rude we had a code for the castle she just had to punch in she wouldnt and we paid for are food and she like do u want ur food or not after we paid for it… on top of that i got sick after eating food took to while it sat there bc of her managment by far needs to have a talk or something woth her by far should u ever talk to anyone like she done her name was renee at 1st window taken orders“

“Super clean store and the staff was beyond inviting such sweet folks working her tonight it was very refreshing to be invited. We have 4 small kids and as we walked in the cashier greeted us with crowns for each of the kids which I found to be very kind. I'll Def make it a point to stop in if this is how the staff will be every time“

“This Mcdonalds is my first choice. We have two very close together but this store ALWAYS gets my order right and that says alot because I order for 8 people when I go. I never have to wait more than a couple mins either even when I order online and then pull right into drive-thru. The food is always good!
Kid-friendliness: Always an option for my five kids to choose from since wide variety of burgers or chicken.“

“It's been years since I'd been to an A&W and I wasn't disappointed. I had a burger and a hot dog and both were fantastic. Restaurant was clean and not busy. I thought the service was a tad slow, but not so much as to ruin the experience.“

“The food my family ordered was perfect. From chicken sandwiches to big roast beef sandwiches cheese sticks french fries. Strawberry lemonade. The food was very delicious. But the restaurant is in desperate need of a new roof. It was leaking all over in the restaurant. Even on some of the tables. But don't get me wrong it was a very clean restaurant. Even with them little mishaps. Nothing at the employees can do about the roof. That's corporate I totally understand that. The manager did make sure that there was all kinds of signs out. About slip and wet. So that does not take away from any of the service. Because I know it's still a pretty new structure. That's a corporate issue and just know your employees and your managers done one heck of a job and please in my family. It was a pleasure to eat in your establishment. Thank you“

“We stopped for restroom use.
The floors were EXTREMELY SLIPPERY because it was sprinkling out.
We asked for help walking to the restroom as my husband uses two canes.
Their employee GAVIN came to assist my husband into the restroom and then STAYED WITH HIM helping him back to the exit door?

“I would like to say thank you to the girl that seems to be working every single morning I come through there has the nicest most sweetest voice I've ever heard in my life and she is hands down the reason why I keep coming back she starts my day off very well thank you guys and the food' is great as well. “I walked in and was greeted immediately upon arrival, Despite the worker seeming busy. I began searching the menu as this was my first time at Jack in the Box, but then the person at the cash register asked if I needed help finding anything; to which I said yes. I told her it was my first time being here, and that I didn’t know what sounded good. She smiled and said the ‘Breakfast Jack’ was one of her personal favorites. She also let me know that she really likes the iced coffees that they had to offer, so I decided I wanted a Breakfast Jack combo with a large vanilla sweet cream iced coffee instead of hot coffee. She told me my total and said they would get right on it. As soon as it came out to me I dug in and it was DELICIOUS. The sandwich was hot, the hash brown was crisp, and the coffee was delicious. I then went up to the counter and asked what her name was so I could reward such customer service. She told me her name was Emma with no hesitation, and that if I had an issue with what transpired that morning that I could contact corporate from the receipt she gave me. I then let her know there was no issue, and then she said she was glad to hear it and she hopes we come back soon. Well Emma, We definitely will! It was my first time at Jack in the Box and certainly will not be the last!!!! Thanks Emma!!!!!!!“

“So I enjoyed my food the past couple of times I've had delivery. My only issue is the drivers, both that I have had, just seem so unhappy. I tip 20% on a 40 plus dollar order and they look and act like I have not given them anything. I double checked the receipt this time and it says the tip amount. Are my drivers not looking? I myself work for tips and always have a pleasant disposition when talking with customers. I just don't get it. I tip so drivers are happy to deliver to me. If they cannot at least fake it I will keep my money in the future. Thanks for listening to me rant.“

“So my wife and I always go to this subway because it's close to our house. It's our go to.. anyway, tonight was just not the night to go. They all looked like they were 20 yrs old and can't follow directions at all... The bread was as hard as a rock so it was hard to eat.. will definitely be getting free food next time because this is just not right. Bread should be soft to the bite am I right.. get someone that knows how to make bread for crying out loud..“

“This location is VERY low staffed.
Fortunately for the owners, they have a few FANTASTIC employees... We waited literally 35 minutes for our food...in the drive thru.. it was shit, food was not totally cooked, etc.. however, the kid in the window was awesome.. Get your act together MANAGEMENT there are some quality employees busting thier humps for those owners... seems there must be further issues, no reason that place has 2 or 3 people working evenings at dinner rush.“
