“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!“

“Stopped on my way back from the children’s hospital having a rough day. The staff was amazing and the food was amazing. They have a huge variety and something perfect for everyone’s sweet tooth. This will be my regular stop“
“Great place. Great owners. Has almost everything you need but if they dont that are very responsive and will get what you need. Rates are also very good. Great place for us to get our food ready for our food truck. Ownership also went above and beyond for us. Knowing that we were new to the food truck game, they allowed us to stay a little while longer to make sure we got everything done.“

“Great American Cookies at West County Mall is absolutely amazing! The cookies are always fresh, soft, and incredibly delicious perfect every single time. You can truly taste the quality and care in every bite.
But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. They are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with warm smiles and positive energy that instantly makes your day better. They are patient, helpful, and always happy to assist, which makes the whole experience feel special and personal.
It’s rare to find such wonderful customer service these days, and the team here truly goes above and beyond. Their friendliness and great attitude make me want to keep coming back again and again.
Highly recommend this location not just for the amazing cookies, but especially for the outstanding staff who make it such a pleasant and joyful experience! 🍪✨“

“Man I came here with my siblings to get some pizza bites and they were out but the guy working said he could make them it was near closing time. Such a cool dude and the other guy working was also cool. They deserve a raise. Never got good customer service so I got a 6 out of 5 starts. Would come here again.“

“A friend and I stopped into St. Louis Kolache on Manchester. It was our first time both at this location, and having kolaches. We had a Jalapeño Popper, a Spinach and Artichoke Kolache, a S’Mores kolache, and an Apple Pie kolache. They were delicious! (Recommend heating them first to make the bread softer and enhance the flavors.) Wendy was very pleasant and helpful. She greeted us upon entering. She made our experience quite fun. We will definitely be back. If you have not tried them, you should! Kudos!“

“I’m a big fan of Kaldi’s Coffee, so I was thrilled to find this drive-thru location in Ellisville. It would be great to see more spots like this for added convenience, especially as an alternative to the usual SB options. As always, my coffee and zucchini sunflower seed bread were fantastic. If you haven’t tried their coffee yet, I highly recommend it!“
