We were taken care of by a lady with the name Luna, she was very kind and sweet especially for a night person, she made our night much better and we dearly appreciate her positive energy
The bathroom is ALWAYS nasty and smells like urine horribly! I go out of my way to prevent stopping at this gas station/jack in the box.
Ordered tacos, cheeseburger and curly fries. They were out of curly fries and the tacos came with no lettuce at all in them and they bagged the tacos 2 per sleeve. Hard to remove and stuck together.

Jack in the Box is a reliable fast-food spot that keeps customers coming back. Despite some occasional slowness due to understaffing, the friendly service and fresh food make up for it. Special mentions include a fantastic spicy chicken sandwich and a delightful mocha boba coffee. Many customers have enjoyed various food items like egg rolls and tacos. They appreciate the tasty burgers, with favorites including the Frisco burger and the loaded potato wedges, which feature bacon and cheese. Orders are accurate, even for mobile orders, ensuring a smooth and timely experience. The crew members at the High Ridge location are commended for their promptness and efficiency. However, some reviews mention issues like stale buns and burnt onion rings. Even with these concerns, many still find it a perfect spot for a quick bite or a meal on the go.
