“Traveling through, got the double bacon cheeseburger smashburger. Got going and found my burger with no salad and if there was bacon I didn’t find it. burger was still good and the fries were fresh out of the fryer, nice and hot just like I like them.“

“I've been going here since I was a little kid and their food is still unmatched. Old timey, diner-style restaurant with friendly service, to-die-for ice cream, and plenty of lovely memories. Also has great pricing and a claw machine I've won two stuffed animals from, which is in my opinion a good record. Highly reccommend mozzarella sticks, fries, and waffle cone sundae (mint chip is superior).“

“So, I ordered some cheese fries and a burger from this spot, went out to my truck, and discovered they had forgotten to put my burger in the bag. This was pretty frustrating, so there was only one thing I could do.
I stormed back in the store, interrupting a lobby full of customers and said HEY!! WHICH ONE OF YOU FORGOT MY BURGER? WHICH ONE OF YOU SLIDER SLINGERS IS GONNA HAVE TO COME OUTSIDE AND FIGHT ME FOR OWNERSHIP OF THIS RESTAURANT!?!
I then held a tournament outside where the employees and customers had to battle one another until, finally, one of them stood victorious above all others. They then would have gotten to battle me for full dominance of the Freddie's, but then the cops showed up and we all had to scurry.
Nah, that's not really what happened. I just brought the forgotten burger to their attention courteously and they apologized and gave me my missing burger. Honest mistakes, both the burger and this review. We all get confused sometimes.

She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. “Me and my wife decided to try something new and have dinner here. I had trouble with the kiosk machine but I managed. The food was great, but it took a long time for our food to be called out to us. While waiting I mentioned that the lobby area had some filthy tables. I was not mad it seemed like they had little staff. But this young gentleman came and cleaned them immediately. While doing so I mentioned to him that our food was taking quite some time. He apologized and said he’d have it out shortly. Few minutes fly by and he approached my wife and handed her a bag of food. Apparently an online order cancelled and they didn’t want it to go to waste so he passed it on to us. The staff was very welcoming. The manager was very professional and the other young gentleman on the grill had us laughing while waiting. Good employees but the store could be cleaner and have food out faster.“

Any other fast food place the workers keep it to a minimum which whatever I don’t really care but this man always makes my day better just by being really nice all the time.“

“Our visit in arnold was great. I didn't remember to take pictures until halfway through our meal. We had no wait to be seated. Our waitress was great, very attentive to the right amount. We always enjoy eating at Applebee's!
The atmosphere is always relaxed. You can tell they are working with an older restaurant, but it's pretty clean every time we've visited.
The last few times, they haven't had Cucumber for the Salads which is a downside for me but it wont keep me from coming back.“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“5 guys has excellent burger, hot dogs, and cajun french fries. They are also the most expensive burger in the drive through wars of 2024. They do have a combo a single patty, small fry, and small soda for $13.89. NOT MUCH OF A DEAL but perfect for a quick midday snack.“

“I’ve been coming to this Sonic location on and off for over 5 years, and I honestly can’t recall a single noticeably bad experience. Most of my visits are in the morning for breakfast, and they have consistently done an outstanding job—especially with the breakfast burritos.

The food is always hot, fresh, and made with great attention to quality. I also want to highlight the blonde carhop who’s been working most mornings for as long as I can remember. She is always very friendly, fast, and ensures my order is perfect every time.

As a whole, this location absolutely deserves five stars for its consistency and great service over the years!“

“Today my sister and I stopped by here to get breakfast
We took it back to the Laundromat to eat. We found out that they had left out an item from our order so, called and a gentleman by the name James of course told us to come back by to pick it up. We went back and James came to the window with our item. He then offered us something from the lunch menu because breakfast was over. My sister asked for a Big Mac, I was ok. When it was brought out, the order also contained cookies that were included for our inconvenience. I don't know about you but, I feel that the meaning of customer service left every field many, many years ago. I applaud and thank James very much for surprising us with a courtesy that was lost a long time ago.

It's off 270 and lemay.exit ramp .. they ordered such wonderful people thru out the entire staff it doesn't what time of day I go the staff who works together daybor night they all have amazing team work ..I see them for maybe 5 min thru drive thru and if the staff working together did mesh well ...believe me it would show to every customer din in or drive thru .. and I just don't or haven't seen any thing but happy positive absolutely beautiful team work from all so.co.white castle crew .
