“We were in a hurry and needed to grab something fast. We went to the KFC on 24 hwy and the guy working there provided excellent customer service. He was working the drive thru and the front counter. He was polite, helpful and with everything he was doing he stayed kind and cheerful. He didn’t have a name tag on so I don’t know his name. He was working Friday night January 6th. “This is a new location for me. Been there twice since I moved here and issues both times. KFC is my favorite and while I am sure I will go back at some point, I am hesitant because the service is just off. First time they said they didn't have the bbq chicken and then when I returned a week later. While they had it, they gave me chicken breast's when I ordered dark meat and gave me mashed potatoes instead of the coleslaw I ordered. The side was okay I guess, but the chicken breasts were very dry. So yeah not 5 stars, probably should be a 3.“

“We ordered the 1/2 chicken with sides and everything was delicious. Order comes with rice, beans, salsa, half a charred onion, two charred jalapeños, and 8 tortillas. Quick service and everything was so fresh. Definitely will be back.“

There is a seasoning they sprinkle on top after cooking that makes the chicken so tasty! I purchased extra to go.
