Dragonfly Tea Zone at Independence Mall offers a variety of delicious options, from traditional teas to boba and smoothies. The staff is passionate and provides great advice on flavors. While some have experienced inconsistent boba texture, others appreciate the mall atmosphere and helpful service. The decor is lovely, with plushy decorations adding to the charm. Customers have praised the amazing customer service, especially highlighting a staff member named Janet for her assistance in explaining boba. Overall, a great spot for refreshing drinks and friendly service.
