Super thankful for this awesome staff! Came in with a really large drink order for a local school. The staff was so positive and really helpful in making sure we got all of the drinks. They were super kind and had great attitudes. Will definitely be making this my regular drink stop!
Me and 5 other ladies order lunch from here, everything was perfect! The dill burger is amazing!!!! Wish it would stay on the menu!! Great sonic! Not 1 mix up on our order
Door dashing
We had to wait forever for the order. Ended up going there 3 different times for separate orders and we had to wait forever on all of them.

The Sonic Drive-In in Joplin offers good quality food served quickly, with well-kept grounds and even a playground for kids. Customers praise the car hops, with the staff known for their quick service and positive attitude. However, some visitors have experienced issues with their orders, including poorly filled chili cheese wraps and reheated tater tots. The restaurant also faces technical problems with payment and reports of short and rude behavior from the car hop staff. Customers have expressed frustration with the number of non-working stalls, and some wish the restaurant would offer a meal deal without soda, as they find it too expensive and unhealthy. Despite these concerns, the food and drinks are generally well-received, and the restaurant continues to be a popular choice for locals and visitors alike.
