“Atmosphere and beer, nothing better“

“This was a really super spot in downtown with a great comfortable inside space and a lovely outside space. I was here for a few hours to meet up with some KC Yelpers and during that time, I enjoyed a couple of beers, a few bites and a wonderful welcoming staff.

I was trying to stay on my keto diet so I enjoyed a delicious bowl of their curry cauliflower. Plenty of it and quite tasty. Followed by two pickled eggs. Not deviled eggs, these were quite firm and tasty, topped with a sriracha drizzle that really brought out the egg flavor. With them, two tasty lighter beers. Not much more than that as I still had to drive tonight, though I consumed this over three hours.

There is street parking in the area, both free if you can find it and paid if you can not. Lots of great food options, lots of great beer options. Fabulous location!“

“One of the nicest self serve car washes I’ve been to. There’s places to hang your mats to spray them and all of the water soap brushes and everything are always in excellent condition. They keep it very clean. One time I accidentally left my mats hanging and came back a couple hours later and they were laying out in the front waiting for me. Very well run.“

“I ordered the Grilled Salmon with Roasted Brussel sprouts with a glas of Pinot Noir, and he ordered the Philly Cheese steak and fries with a Strawberry Lemonade. The food was outstanding, but I am not a fan of the Salmon medium cooked. Otherwise, it was a great meal.“

“The food was great, BUT the customer service was terrible. The girl didn't have a mask on, and she was being rude. When another customer walked in, she was rude to him too. Like if we were anoying her just by stopping by and ordering some food.“

“Tried for the 1st time since they opened. Huge open space with a nicely designed and very large bar as the centerpiece of the restaurant. Plenty of TVs for viewing games, with table and booth seating throughout.
Ordered the Beef Birria Grilled Cheese and the Reuben. The beef Birria was a pretty good sandwich. The consomme it came with for dipping complimented the sandwich nicely. Thought there might have been too many jalapeños on the sandwich, as it kind of overpowered the taste of the beef and cheese, but a unique spin on turning birria tacos into a sandwich nonetheless.
The reuben was lights out great! Our server Lacey highly recommended it, and she wasn't wrong. Eaten a lot of Reubens, and it is one of the best I've had in KC. Both sandwiches were accompanied with pub fries, which were very solid.
Overall a very good experience. The space was nice, food was above expectation, and Lacey provided great service. Won't hesitate to try again when I am at Harrah's.“
