Based on the reviews, Brown & Loe is an airport restaurant at Kansas City, Missouri Airport. The food is a bit of a hit or miss; some days it really lands, other times it just okay. The chicken sandwich with shoestring fries was damn good. If you come in without expecting some mind-blowing culinary experience, it works perfectly fine. The atmosphere is a solid spot to get some work done with comfortable seating. The service is outstanding. A server named Matt is a total pro who managed a full house of guests for over two hours, taking orders, checking on tables, and handling every task with a genuine smile. He gave each table his full attention and treated everyone with care. Another server, Kapono, was also on it, anticipating every need. It is a go-to every time and hands-down the best airport dining experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. For some, there were charcoal-level eggs and mysterious floaters in the water.
