Waited about 3 to 5 minutes at front counter. Staff acknowledged my presence but never said anything and didn't offer to take my order. Family behind me had similar treatment. Saw commercial and thought BK got better, nope.
Great experience food was fast and workers were very welcoming.
We were hoping for an ice cream cone but the ice cream machine is still broken.
