“My custom chicken burrito bowl was perfect! Lettuce was crisp, chicken was perfectly cooked, and rice was perfectly cooked as well. Very tasty! Service was a little slow inside as same crew was making several pick up orders mixed in with live counter orders.“
“If I could be honest inwhich I'm always am.. what bothers me the most about chipotle is the countertop around the food. When I see the strap of the food that fell on the side or in front of them why not wipe it off as you go...bc it looks gross for me to order at times. One time I told the person "stop..Clean that off first before you serve me" I promise I was nice about it and they didn't realize it in a negative way they understood. So if Chipotle can improve that...5 stars it will be“

“This chipotle is great! The food is made well, the people are kind and helpful, I never have issues with my order, whether I order there or through the mobile app, I'm always satisfied with the amount of food I receive, no issues at all for me. Thank you Chipotle team!

“I ordered a Carne asada bowl through the app. ETA was 7:30. I didn't get my food til 8. Dishes piled up in the back 2 kids around grill area just laughing and not really doing much to take job seriously. A young man up front taking orders on line did a great job of keeping things going. But I want to plug the manager right here. I can only assume she was. Her name is Brandi. She came in with a kind yet forceful manner and gave each one of them instructions and they immediately got to work. Other than myself, there was about 4 to 5 other to go orders, and about 8-10 walk ins. She stayed cool as a cucumber. Acknowledged us. Apologized. Gave us to go people a free drink. She had us out of there very quickly. So I gave a 5 for her service, a 4 for the food because I didn't get much asada, and a 3 for the environment because of dirty empty dishes every where. So while it wasn't perfect, Brandi was amazing! Give that woman a raise!“
“This Chipotle location in the Power & Light District is hands down the best in Kansas City, in my opinion. The food is always fresh, and I love how consistent they are with the quality. The portions are generous, so you always leave satisfied. Whether I’m in the mood for a burrito, bowl, or tacos, this location never disappoints. The staff is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect for grabbing a bite before or after a night out in the district. If you’re in the area, this is definitely the Chipotle to visit!“

The employees there are amazing shout out to Skyler and Tommy they made sure me and my family got everything we needed and the way they served portions as we wanted was the best and I really appreciate them both for being so generous! “Speed and deliciousness...the hallmarks of Chipotle. This location suffers from its closeness to a very busy bustop & set of intersections. When we were there a patron with a big gym bag kept xoming in and out, waving a toy gun and speaking I coherently. Staff didn't seem to notice or react.“
“Visited the evening of 02/14 and the staff left me very impressed. Every single one was enthusiastic, kind, and efficient! It’s not often you find a group like that, was very nice to see.
