“I have found the best Chipotle in the KC metro at I-29 and 64th St. I have put off this review because I thought it might have been a fluke, but 3 times I've been here and every time the same amazing food! Their chips are ALL salted and limed. Their guacamole has flavor and a great consistency. Their chicken has been trimmed so there is no inedible tendon piece and the flavor is also amazing. My husband says the steak is perfectly cooked and taste amazing as well. This is my Chipotle from now on!!!“
“My stop at Chipotle Mexican Grill was a quick, satisfying meal. The burrito bowl was packed with fresh ingredients, and everything tasted clean and flavorful. I like how you can customize everything exactly how you want it. It’s simple, fast, and reliable when you want a solid Mexican-style bite.“
“Food was fabulous as always. What was exceptional about this visit was the staff was helpful and did a great job. We have avoided other locations because our experience with the staff was not as pleasant. We were very pleased and thankful. :)“

“We had to stay the night in Kansas City. My son had mentioned that he hadn't had Chipotle for a long time as we passed it on the way there. I went to find dinner and there was one less than a mile away. He got a burrito and I got the bowl. Neither one of us could finish it all. They give generous portions for a good price. And it's good too!“
“Establishment was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. When I told the employee that I don’t like cilantro due to having the gene that makes it taste soapy, they offered to get plain white rice for my meal. Shout out to them for going above and beyond to make sure that my meal was delicious.“
“Every visit is always phenomenal! My only complaint lies in the customers who come in looking to start problems with staff, causing problems for everyone. Specifically, last night someone named Madison Hayden came in around the same time as I and clearly was lacking in critical thinking skills (or god knows what else). It had obviously been incredibly busy, yet she acted like she wanted the workers to roll out a red carpet to serve her, while expecting special treatment since she is a “professional” sports player. Shout out to the workers for handling the situation great, downvote to Madison for throwing a tantrum over stupidity and a quesadilla!!!“
“They messed up my order 2 times cause they were in a rush and not paying attention to what I was telling them I wanted. And one of the girls shoved the other one and messed it up again. I'm not sure what her deal was but I'm sure she was having a really bad day thats why I did not say anything. But I just thought that was not professional. I took my incorrectly served order out of pitty and gave it away. Went to buy something else to eat next door.“
“This location is always a hit or miss. Always go through the drive thru to pick up our order and sometimes they are on it and have everything ready and come to the window other times you'll sit and wait forever for one of the girls to finally come and help you and give you your order.“
“I’ve been coming here for over five years- the service is always consistent, the food quality is always great, and the one time I had a small issue, the GM Lael was so pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied.
