“I came in 30 minutes before close on my way home from work. I expected rude, pushy service as I know how annoying it can be with costumers coming in so late. I was shocked to experience the complete opposite. Both employees were incredibly nice and friendly. Apologizing for meat that ran out and offering accommodations. Despite it being late, the food was fresh and my bowl was filled very well. I usually go to the 291 location, but I may have to come by this location more often!!“
“This Lee's Summit Chipotle location had good customer service and good food. But the place was a mess, food on the tables and floors. It needed a good wipe down. The napkins holders were empty and there was spilled soda around the fountain machine. There was a bit of a wait which is expected during a lunch rush.“
“I LOVE going to 'this' Chipotle! They ALWAYS give me 'exactly' what I ask for which is a LOT of white rice, to reduce tge spiciness of the corn. I 'generally' tip anywhere from $15-20 which depends on whether or not I have have a 'hard' time getting more rice!;)“
