“The app always says 30 min or so these days but you go in and there's no line..and hardly any orders waiting. When you do order through the app they give you like half the portions they give if you walk in. This is all irritating but otherwise the place is one of my faves.“
“Had a very nice take-out experience with the young man in the rabbit necklace. He did a great job with my order as well as directing what was going on in the kitchen. Too bad the dining room was a wet disaster at 9:30, dine-in was not an option.“
“One of my favorite restaurants; fantastic value, and I never leave hungry. As of this writing, chicken Al Pastor is back! I hope they consider permanently adding it to their menu. This restaurant has only avoided a perfect score because of the industrial, echoey dining area that only has hard, cold surfaces to sit and eat on. While aesthetically pleasing, I suspect intentional use of hostile architecture to make sure people don't stay too long to hang out, thereby leaving more room for additional customers. Cleanliness of the dining area is usually pretty good, but there seems to always be that one orphaned shred of cheese on one of the tables every time I go.“
“to the girl on the line tonight with the glasses, a customer politely asking you to take 3 seconds to mix a burrito so all the ingredients aren’t separated, should never trigger an attitude and cause you to intentionally roll it sloppy and ruin it. i hope you find a job you don’t hate soon but i also hope you have the night you deserve <3“
“I have been eating at Chipotles across the metro for the past 15 years. I have seen the rise and downfall of many metro chipotles. This one has stood the test of time. Excellent customer service, has the best and freshest looking ingredients, and they power through lunch and dinner rushes like none other. Restaurant is clean and spotless. This is the #1 Chipotle in KC“
