“I ordered a Carne asada bowl through the app. ETA was 7:30. I didn't get my food til 8. Dishes piled up in the back 2 kids around grill area just laughing and not really doing much to take job seriously. A young man up front taking orders on line did a great job of keeping things going. But I want to plug the manager right here. I can only assume she was. Her name is Brandi. She came in with a kind yet forceful manner and gave each one of them instructions and they immediately got to work. Other than myself, there was about 4 to 5 other to go orders, and about 8-10 walk ins. She stayed cool as a cucumber. Acknowledged us. Apologized. Gave us to go people a free drink. She had us out of there very quickly. So I gave a 5 for her service, a 4 for the food because I didn't get much asada, and a 3 for the environment because of dirty empty dishes every where. So while it wasn't perfect, Brandi was amazing! Give that woman a raise!“
“I can't say enough good things about this location. Staff is always friendly . Food is always well prepared. Service is always on point. I was having a mediocre day. This restaurant reminded me of what a great restaurant is. Are you having a bad day ? Well, we'll at least try to brighten it up a little and send you on your way with a good meal. ?????Parking: You have to park on the street but the location is surrounded by other entertainment and clothing venues. Great place to hang out or take in the scenery while enjoying your meal.“

The steak was very tasty and there was a generous amount of food in my burrito bowl!Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking in front and a zero entry front door. Getting to the men's room would be a challenge due to its proximity to where the online pickup area is.“
“Haven't had Chipotle in a year and a half since moving to Iowa and I will say last night was the best meal I have had from them in many years,absolutely delicious with a ton of meat,I was shocked because in the past they had got skimpy on the meat but to my surprise it was loaded...great job!!!“

The food was really good, I had the steak bowl with white rice, queso, black beans, Pico de, guac, always have to have the guac ? ? ? ?♂️ also the mild green salsa. ?“
“I went in as often do, but this time I had the coed a different location. Avery was my host and her smile and customer service was awesome. The only thing she didn’t do after I waited for the chicken to be done was add my veggies and a good helping of chicken-that was pretty skimpy being a let a family and two other go before me while waiting on the queso, veggies and chicken “
