“We had to stay the night in Kansas City. My son had mentioned that he hadn't had Chipotle for a long time as we passed it on the way there. I went to find dinner and there was one less than a mile away. He got a burrito and I got the bowl. Neither one of us could finish it all. They give generous portions for a good price. And it's good too!“

When I told the employee that I don’t like cilantro due to having the gene that makes it taste soapy, they offered to get plain white rice for my meal. “Every visit is always phenomenal! My only complaint lies in the customers who come in looking to start problems with staff, causing problems for everyone. Specifically, last night someone named Madison Hayden came in around the same time as I and clearly was lacking in critical thinking skills (or god knows what else). It had obviously been incredibly busy, yet she acted like she wanted the workers to roll out a red carpet to serve her, while expecting special treatment since she is a “professional” sports player. Shout out to the workers for handling the situation great, downvote to Madison for throwing a tantrum over stupidity and a quesadilla!!!“
“They messed up my order 2 times cause they were in a rush and not paying attention to what I was telling them I wanted. And one of the girls shoved the other one and messed it up again. I'm not sure what her deal was but I'm sure she was having a really bad day thats why I did not say anything. But I just thought that was not professional. I took my incorrectly served order out of pitty and gave it away. Went to buy something else to eat next door.“
“This location is always a hit or miss. Always go through the drive thru to pick up our order and sometimes they are on it and have everything ready and come to the window other times you'll sit and wait forever for one of the girls to finally come and help you and give you your order.“
“Excellent food, and exceptional service to accompany it! Charlie and Karma really stand out as special parts of the team at this store. Charlie is the man! The restrooms always seem to be recently cleaned, as well as the storefront looking spotless. Food is always readily available unlike the location off of 103rd and StateLine. This location is one of my favorites in all of Kansas City and I hope someone reads this, and reaffirms their choice by giving this location your business! 5 stars.“
