“They cannot seem to get an order right to save their life’s. I really don’t dock because of service considering these people are showing up to work opposed to sitting at home collecting an unemployment check. However I’ve literally given them 6 opportunities & not one time was the order correct.“
“I order donuts every Sunday morning from this store through the app. And every Sunday when I go to pick up my order, it's there waiting for me, exactly as I ordered it, and ready for me to pick it up. Sometimes I order coffee or other extras with my dozen donuts, and the staff are always sure to have things perfectly ready for me at the pickup time that I've scheduled. Over the last year, I've never once had to wait for them to fill my order.“
“Visited on 12/8 wonderful morning crew, friendly and cheerful. The donuts were fresh and the lady making my coffee said it would be a slight wait because she's adding fresh espresso- no problem! I saw the regional manager on my way out and she was just as polite. Great Team, Dunkin! Thank you!“
