“This is my home bar! ? they welcomed me the moment I moved to Kansas City and I have made a little family there. The drinks are the cheapest in the Kansas City area and they have HEAVY hands when pouring that alcohol! $2 vodka lemonades are gonna make an alcoholic out of me I swear ? not really haha. They have nights where it’s packed out if you like that and they also have nights where it’s just you and a few others. So if you don’t like large crowds you can find some peace here or if you do like large crowds Saturday Latino night is a hit! They have Dart tournaments and a beautiful pool table! The outside patio has been updated and you can now safely smoke and drink while keeping an eye on the parking lot if you need to! They have consistent hours of operation and decent music! Sending my love to the sidekicks family!“
“10/10 if i could move to KC just to be able to go to Missie B’s I would. Perfectly safe place for all LGBTQ+ individuals who want a place to drink and dance, do karaoke, meet people, and have a great time. we went two nights in a row, and both nights we had an absolute blast, getting to sing karaoke and watch a drag musical of Mario Party. The drinks were well mixed and reasonably priced (it is cash only but they have at least two ATMs) and our bartender the first night David really made the experience perfect. If you’re looking for safe fun for all different walks of life, Missie B’s is the place to go.“
“Family was looking for a place to eat while visiting KC, unique place for us. Menu was limited due to St. Patrick's day which was unfortunate because the pics online looked really good. That being said the food was really good. Even better though was the staff, very friendly and attentive, had 4 or 5 different employees ask how the food was and make sure we didn't need anything.“
