Absolutely horrible customer service. Placed an order for a cookie cake more than 24 hours in advance. Get there at 4:00, my scheduled time to pick up my order. Door was locked so I called. Woman’s response was that they’ve had no one in there all day so they won’t open till 5 or 6 so no orders will be ready until then. No one thought to call or email me that my order wouldn’t be ready on time. I drove 30 minutes to get there and now there’s no birthday cake for dinner....read full review
