I can’t believe how little Kansas City disrespected the sunflower lanyard program. You should be ashamed. I will be filing an official report. My daughter was asked to remove her lanyard then treated as a second class citizen without acknowledgment of her disability. Shame on you. I will be filing a report when I get home. I am so disappointed in your treatment of a person with a disability. Avoid this airport if you have a disability and want to be treated with respect.
The new airport is light years better than what we had, but that bar was really low. Unfortunately the design of the new airport is lacking and the craftsmanship and quality is poor. When, I was there last week in the men’s room three toilets and two sinks were out of service.
They made an effort to put in some great local restaurants and places to grab food, which is appreciated. However, in their design, they did not put a restroom anywhere near any of the food options....read full review
