I came here for dinner before my flight and got the chicken avocado wrap. It came with grilled chicken but I asked for crispy chicken. They were super accommodating. The food was very fresh and tasted good. The onions, lettuce, avocado, and lime ranch dressing were all tasty. However, I did think the wrap could be improved by putting the avocados throughout the wrap instead of only at the bottom. She also made my wrap bigger and had a harder time closing it. In my opinion this is one of the best places to eat in the new airport! It's not one of the ~recognizable~ KC local restaurants, but this restaurant is local, woman, and Black owned! If I'm rushing through the airport, the last thing I want to do is sit down to eat a whole rack of ribs or spill barbecue sauce all over myself before my flight, and that's a lot of the options at the airport that aren't fast food! Plus I don't have to spend $20+. Safi Fresh is the perfect solution....read full review
