Went there this morning asked for an Americano with 2 Splenda. I’ve had issues in the past when I’ve ordered so I knew to check the code before I drive off. I paid and pulled to the side. Sure enough no sweetener. I pulled back around and asked for the two packets since they didn’t put it in the coffee like i had asked. I had a great experience this morning! Shana was working the window and did an amazing job. She suggested getting an extra shot in my large latte and it was amazing. She then struck up friendly conversation while I was waiting in line. 10/10
