"Slow service" is putting it mildly. Today, it was "No service". I ordered two drinks just after noon through the app and waited. 20 minutes later I pushed the Red Button and waited. After no one answered I went to the drive through window and asked to speak to whoever was in charge. I did not get to speak to whoever was in charge (with the way it was running I don't think anyone was). I finally got my drinks with a quiet almost mumbled apology and left 45 minutes after I ordered.

so what time do they open? sat at the drive through speaker for about 15 minutes with nothing....it's 715am....just someone who doesn't want to work? drove off and went somewhere else.... ridiculous
