Sour Rabbit Bakery was highly recommended to us. One of the few things this area lacks are good bakerys like this one. It is one of the things we miss when we return from our annual 3 month vacations from germany and this bakery fills that spot. The sour dough bread is perfect does not taste like vinegar as most sour dough does here. Absolutely amazed with everything we picked up today.
Everything is pretty tasty. I would have added picks but everything had a bite out of it. Sorry
Hands down the BEST bakery in the Northland! Everything is fresh and made from scratch. I highly recommend the chocolate croissant and my wife loved the salted chocolate chip cookie.

Sour Rabbit Bakery is a highly recommended bakery in the Northland. It is described as one of the best bakeries and fills a spot that the area lacks. The sour dough bread is perfect and does not taste like vinegar. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. The bakery offers a variety of items. The scones are wonderful, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and not too sweet. The chocolate chip cookie with sea salt is the best chip chocolate cookie one reviewer has ever had, and the salted chocolate chip cookie is also loved. The chocolate croissant is highly recommended. The almond croissant is absolute magic. The lemon poppy scone and mini peach cake are delicious, with the cake being a delightful mixture of sweet and tangy. The sourdough blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookie are incredible, moist, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Fig & Hazelnut scone is also mentioned. The bakery has very cute decor, smells like a real bakery with fresh bread setting, and has friendly service. The selection can be limited later in the day, so getting there early is advised.
