They left out the Brie in my DoorDash order which is the most important part of the order. Then tried to blame it on the Dasher who IS NOT supposed to open containers. How would they know it was missing the Brie? I was then told it was a new person in the kitchen. NOT my problem. Poor customer service!!! Typically enjoy HH at Summit in Waldo however, that was not the case for Easter. With 10 am reservation (made a month in advance) the 6 of us were placed at a high top in the vacant bar area and advised they were booked that we could not eat in the restaurant as we needed to indicate on the notes section of the reservation submission.
