I was introduced to the Tamale Kitchen a few years back while attending the Dia De Los Muertos festival at the Nelson. I’ve had Tamale Kitchen tamales a few times now and every time I am blown away at how tasty they are. Moist and flavorful in the best way. I also love that they use local farms and resources as often as they can.
