“5-Star Review – Wingstop on Prospect ⭐
This was my first time visiting the Wingstop on Prospect, and I have to say — I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I usually go to the one on Blue Ridge, but after today, that may be changing.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and the very first thing I always look for is cleanliness. This location was a ten out of ten — spotless, organized, and welcoming.
The young man who assisted me at the counter was amazing. He suggested items I hadn’t tried before, and his customer service was exceptional. Normally when I visit Wingstop, the wait is long and the service is hit or miss — which honestly has kept me away. But not here.
My order was ready in under 15 minutes (I promise!), and the cashier even walked my food over to me. I said, “Really?” and he replied, “Yes ma’am.” That small gesture meant a lot.
The evening crew here has a vibe — a good one. They work well together, they’re friendly, and they make the experience enjoyable.
I won’t be going to any other Wingstop.
Prospect location has earned my business.

“I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Skyla! This girl knows not only AMAZING customer service SKILLS but she also knows how to talk to people! She was very respectful, and kind! It warms my heart to interact with people like her, it’s hard to come by nowadays! She deserves more. She took great care of me and my order and she’s a hustler that knows how to run a restaurant!

“This location is so much better than the one on NW Barry rd and honestly I don’t see how they only got 3 stars! Every time I go in I get greeted and helped right away. Staff is always so friendly and the food is perfect every time. Always hot and fresh and my order is never messed up. I’m from St. Louis and ate at a couple different wingstops down there and I’ve had the one on NW Barry rd and this is by far the best wingstop I’ve even been to and eaten at!!“
“So I'm re-editing my post from earlier. I had some very hard constructive criticism that I put out on here. I did receive a phone call from one of the managers. To apologize for the inconvenience of my previous visit. Stating that she wanted to make it right and to not give up on their location. So I went back on a remake order they did for me and asked me to let them know in advance that I was going to pick it up so they can make it right. Well I have to say that the food definitely was prepared properly and what I wanted. Still tastes amazing. The staff that I dealt with this time seemed very nice pleasant and willing to make sure everything was done correctly they had excellent customer service with me and I want to say thank you for making it right with me.“
“I’ve eaten here a couple times. Every time was amazing great wings and the fires are always good! I always say this place is worth the money. A lot of the comments I’m sure is when they first opened. Try it! The hickory BBQ is amazing Korean BBQ is great as well.“
“Great Wingstop for lunch! I work nearby and we love coming in with our coworkers. The food is always fresh, hot, and comes out in under 10 minutes, which is awesome when you’re on a lunch break. The dining area is a great spot to sit down and enjoy it.
I also love supporting this location because it’s family owned and operated by the Ward family and has been part of the community for years.
One thing I noticed: the U.S. Army profile currently has the wrong Wingstop listed. This location is Wingstop Chouteau, not the Church Road location in Liberty. Just wanted to point that out so customers looking for this location don’t get confused!“
