“Ordered a 3 topping pizza last night which was suppose to have pepperoni. We only had bits and pieces. Some slices on none on them. I called Pizza Hut this morning and they said they either ran out or had a new person. The gentleman never offered me a new pizza to make it right to make it right. What is up with customer service these days?“

“Love a really good cherry limeade and Sonic makes the best ones. Also one of my favorite places to stop for just an afternoon snack. Always quick and friendly service love being able to pay outside and have my food brought to me quickly. Good stop for a quick breakfast. Coffee is strong and I miss the hazelnut.“

“We went through the drive thru and it was very busy; it appeared to be backed up. I was very wrong. The line was continually moving and even though my order was for a family of 5, it was taken and repeated correctly. At the window, it was passed as quickly as all the others. Very impressive! Congrats to you all (from a former high school Dairy Queen employee) it isn't easy!“

“I used the app to get the bogo offer, but when I went in to pick up our sandwiches, they weren’t ready…. The order hadn’t come through. The gal asked if maybe I had sent the order to a different store. Checked my phone and I had started the order, but not completed it. She was very kind and then very quick to make our sandwiches. Since I was right there, I asked her to leave the onions off of my side of the sandwiches …not only did she prepare them correctly, but she labeled them “his” and “hers”, which we didn’t discover until later. We were pleasantly surprised at her attention toward us. The manager of the store has been there for years, and clearly maintains a positive culture in her store as this young gal seemed happy and eager to please. We are happy with our hometown Subway!“
