We ordered enough to last the weekend, and let me tell you—those Brisket Burnt Ends & The Brisket Burger somehow tasted even better the next day! “Long much needed POSITIVE Post. Please scroll to the ***** to see what I got. I was working a private event with Blues Fired Pizza on Saturday and as I was closing the truck door to begin prepping and service, a friendly warm voice from an older gentleman said “Hello!” From the side as he was talking to the event coordinator. After shift I stuck around to wander the area and wanted to check out their truck. I met Steve (that friendly warm voice that had greeted me hours before) and he asked me how I was and how we did. Asked me if I’d like to order anything. I was shocked because I didn’t want to assume I could also order- having not been part of the event. I asked if it was okay and he said “Sure! We have to take care of our own!” With a genuine smile on his face. I heard stories of this industry being a cut-throat business. I was more than willing to pay for my pizza but Steve assured me it was okay. (I did drop a tip in their tip can) 🙂 ***** I had the 8" Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Garlic/Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon, Jalapeño, Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese. (Pictured) It was AMAZING! I’m so tired of these big chain pizza places and I’m sooo happy that I went to Blues Fired Pizza’s truck! The dough was fresh, soft, and had that fire oven taste and crisp. You can tell the dough is made from scratch. I’ve driven past them numerous times in Kirkwood at their little pizza shack… but never stopped in. I’ll be glad to come by and order for sure! “Aug 11 about 9:30 am. What a wonderful brunch spot. It’s between two sections of a shopping center and at a hair raising intersection but the breezeway was perfect on a summer day. Friendly staff, interesting menu, and a quick correction to an erroneously executed special request. We all ordered a different dish but all 5 of us were happy with the presentation and flavor. And no side-eye for lingering. Wish I didn’t live 300 miles away-I’d definitely come back!!!”

“I tried Britt’s Bakehouse for the first time this weekend and I was pleasantly surprised! I am gluten and dairy free so it is a challenge to find delicious baked goods. I tried multiple items and I could not tell they were gluten free! My favorite treats were the dairy free mini chocolate Bundt cakes, and pumpkin donuts. They were moist and full of flavor! I shared with my husband and he had no idea it was gluten and dairy free! The donuts were like personals cakes! The lemon truffle was also amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try more gluten and dairy free desserts!”

“Ok. 2nd time, I've ever tried it. Got an ice-cream cookie sandwich. Wasn't that great. Too much cookie, not enough ice-cream taste. So, I went back in and got a prepackaged chocolate ice-cream pack. It was like $2 it was way better than the ice cream sandwich. But I know for next time. Next time, I wanna try a sundae or something.”

“My husband got the breakfast burrito and I got the avocado toast and I asked for three scrambled eggs on the side.
The burrito was good sized (looks small in the picture for some reason) and it was delicious! Definately recommend!

Avocado toast wasn't actually toasted. It tasted like it was made in house which was good but was a little tough. I think it would have been much better if it would have been toasted!

We also got a cinnamon role and an orange almond muffin. Neither were bad, good but also not anything I would get again.

They have a sugar free vanilla which was good! It would be nice to have more sugar free options available but glad they had one though!

I totally did not expect such a good experience at this little local Subway but my day was made by stopping by this location and being personally seen and cared for by the employees. “I cannot express how pleasant my lunch experience was today, at the Kirkwood Chili’s. I sat at the bar, and Cierra was taking care of me. The service was perfect in every way. Cierra is a very outgoing person who obviously enjoys her work! Kudos to the kitchen staff as well. My food arrived quickly, it was super fresh and tasted great. 10/10 recommend.”

“First time for me at MODs. I'll certainly be back. The experience was excellent especially with what you're able to do for your order! I had a MOD (regular) with a garlic rub and some toppings. You pick your size, your base sauce, your toppings and it bakes. If you're in a rush, order ahead, otherwise you're waiting for the pizza to bake. All around, great experience.”

“Located inside Schnucks. Minimal queues on a Friday night. Ordered a gogi bowl with bulgolgi steak (extra $2) and kimchi fried rice (had good amount of heat). Wasn't sure how hot the gogi sauce would be so ordered it on the side in a small container - ended up being fine - kimchi fried rice had more spice. Small seating area available in the corner.”

“what I'm about to say is long overdue my daughter used to work for alibi cookies on main Street in St Charles she was 16 just getting ready to turn 17 she passed away in a terrible car crash the owner of alibi cookies and his brother went out of their way to our family and lots of ways and to keep our daughters Jaylynns memories alive they are more than a business they care about people and their employees I am thankful to have the honor of knowing them and from the bottom of my heart I thank Alibi cookies for how wonderful they are as human beings as well as business owners I sincerely thank you Henry”

“I grew up going to Duffy's, so it has always been a favorite in my family. Last month, we had my dad's celebration of life there in the banquet room with the most delicious buffet. I highly recommend having their banquet room for any celebration. Our server, Josh, was so awesome, knowledgeable, and quick to attend to our party of 50 or so. We even went back the next day for the St. Patrick's Day celebration where I've spent many St. Patrick's Days at. Everything is fresh and delicious. the staff is so friendly and give great service! ❤️”

“The food here was really good. I enjoyed a bacon, egg, and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich, at 3 in the afternoon, along with an iced coffee to wash it down. Had to get me a chocolate iced cake donut for dessert. It hit the spot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the service was when I entered and went straight to the counter to place my order there was no one there. I hollered to the back around 5 times before anyone came up to take my order inside. Oh well.
