“I live only 3 minutes away from this market, and it’s been always a place to go either I just need some eggs or wine, or I am in the mood for their delicious sandwiches. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice, including the owner I had tons of fun conversations with. I’m moving out of Kirkwood this week, and will miss this market dearly! I totally did not expect such a good experience at this little local Subway but my day was made by stopping by this location and being personally seen and cared for by the employees. “I ordered through the Jersey Mike’s website for a work lunch, and when my food arrived (DoorDash delivery) 3 bags of chips were missing. I called the store, and the manager asked for the address and hand delivered the chips!

I was so impressed by the customer service there, as I was greeting new hires and wouldn’t have been able to leave to grab the missing items from the restaurant. Not too many restaurants would do that; most will tell you to drive up and grab the missing items, or contact corporate for a coupon/refund. This was the best option and I am very happy with how the situation was handled here.“

“Amanda took my order and suggested the new beef crunch sandwich, it was delicious. Amanda was super friendly. Food came out very fast per usual. I dined in and all of the staff were cheery. It’s nice to see when most places the staff look a little sad. Amanda didn’t miss a beat, she asked everyone if they wanted to try the new sandwich, had a smile and friendly tone with each customer. Coming from the restaurant industry I appreciated seeing great customer service.“

“Gioia’s Winghaven is our go to for sandwiches! Always get the order correct, always timely service, always wonderful customer service, always delicious! The only complaint is I can’t have them on Sunday! :( We’ve tried to go back to other sandwich shops on a Sunday and it never compares to Gioia’s. You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“We were traveling from out of town and decided to stop at Adriana’s for lunch and I’m so happy we did! The staff is so friendly and treat you like you’ve known them for years.

The food was of course delicious as well. My spouse got the Italian Beef and subbed the regular bread for garlic cheese bread (HIGHLY recommend doing this!). I got the Joe with a side of pasta salad.

This a cute sandwich shop and we definitely recommend going for a delicious lunch!“

“Worked here for many years, Kipp and his family have always been great to me. Now, I get the pleasure of taking my family in anytime we are in the city! If you’re going to the zoo, this is a must stop! If you’re going to the Cardinals game fill up here and you won’t regret it.“

“Wow! This place was reasonably priced, very clean, and staff were very friendly. I got the toasted ravioli, a veggie salad, two pieces of garlic toast, and a water for $13. \nAfter a long day, I didn’t want to drive anymore so I walked to the restaurant from my hotel without knowing what to expect it was Italian. Enjoyed the walk and really enjoyed the food.“
