“Agaveros Mexican Bar and Grill is one of our favorite spots in Blue Springs. The birria tacos are incredible, my husband always gets the fajitas, and we both love the margaritas. “I have to say 100 out of 10 starts!!!!! A friend asked me if ive ever been, said never heard of this place. Well i ordered the 3 meat 3 side platter, got the burnt ends, brisket and ribs with beans, slaw and jazzy fries. Only thing I didnt really like was the slaw but everything else hands down was AMAZING!!!! The burnt ends just melt in your mouth, that jazzy sauce is addictive and they have a really good honey mustard as well. Also got the friend mushrooms, they use portobello mushrooms and they are a 10 out of 10 with the in house made ranch...... I will be going back, and it has me wanting this place over Jack stack and I grew up on Jack stack.”

“I just had my son's wedding rehearsal dinner there. We used the new event space. We had plenty of room, it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Especially Kathleen, she stayed in contact with me and help coordinate as needed. The food was awesome. The best chicken salad I've ever eaten for one, but everything was delicious and wonderful.
