I am not a Karen or a picky person but if you order and pay for a size you should get that size. I ordered a large iced coffee (I Never get these was just craving one). I pull up and the rude lady hands it to me. It is a quarter below the top. I said to her “I’m not trying to be rude but this is kind of low” she then says “you want me to add more ice so it’s full”. 😳😳😳 I said “no I just think if you order and pay for a large you should get a large”.
