“I belong to a group that is Dudes, Dining & Destinations, and we kind of ambushed this place, Mad Dog and Cats Steak today, sunday August 9th 2026. We had about 25/30 of us. The 2 waitresses we had, Mel B and Kara B were awesome. I had the French Onion Soup and Patty Melt and my friend had the side salad with a beef brisket sandwich. They both came out in a timely manner, was very tasteful and plentiful, even took left overs home even. If you find yourself out in st Charles area sometime , stop by and check them out. Cool little place.“

Food was very good except the bacon wrapped shrimp were very bland. Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts and fish special were excellent. Music outside was very nice“

“I walked in and was greeted with the beautiful smell of sandwiches, it brought me back to my old life in Paris, I shed a tear. I walked up to the counter to order to be greeted by Madison, she listened carefully to my order and made it to my satisfaction. I took a bite of the sandwich and I was awakened. “All chic-fil-a’s are really good but this store is absolutely beyond amazing! We stop here about 3x a year visiting family and the store never disappoints- extremely helpful, beyond courteous and super FAST! The amount of cars and dine in customers they serve during a normal lunch rush is unbelievable. Well done and thank you for being a favorite stop on our trip!“

“Service is okay. Sometimes this location is understaffed so orders may take a little longer to get out during busy hours. It's a smaller location made for mobile pickup orders instead of the usual dine-in cafe that everyone is familiar with so they don't have the usual white plates. Some people may find it inconvenient but they need to know that this location added on its dine-in service and drive-thru service. One thing that needs to be worked on is making sure orders are correct and include everything. Managers there are absolutely wonderful and are willing to accommodate for any inconveniences. This is a newer location so people need to be more patient with the staff. I think this location can have great potential in the future with a few adjustments.“

“I love the Baja bowl, but lately it seems they are almost always out of something for it. Today there was no avocado, oh well. But I ordered it with grilled chicken and got no chicken on it :) so I basically spent $12 for quinoa, Greek yogurt and black beans. Didn’t check it till I got home. I still like going to this location…I’ll just double check my order before leaving next time.“

“The staff seemed to friendly. There's was a wait between order and food ready. The sandwich options have reduced since 2020. The beverages (hot and ice tea, coffee, softdrinks) are bottomless. There's Bubly available at the soda fountain. There are three hot tea options: English Breakfast Tea, Green tea, and an orange ginger mint). TheToasted Frontega Chicken sandwich was a surprise. A little heat in end. This sandwich was really good. On the down side: the floors needed cleaning. The men's bathroom needs maintenance: urinal doesn't flush, and just general cleaning is necessary.“
