“I highly recommend this location. The customer service was stupendous. I came in, of course, the day before Thanksgiving, because I had to get a bunch of stuff for cooking and prepping. The gentleman working at self check out had long hair pulled back in a ponytail Brown it looked like he was maybe in his late 20s and was very polite. It was super chaotic, and he remained calm and patient with everyone. I swear the entire time that I was there he had at least 10 people within 10 minutes go to his register and ask him questions are asked for help and not once did he seem stressed out or irritated . Very nice employee!“
“We had a nice meal here after church. The food was great and they have indeed started increasing the amount of protein on the sandwiches. Everything is always tasty. They still have a few issues with being out of products sometimes early in the day. Today it was croutons. Seems like they were a little short staffed today, because dishes weren't getting done and they had to use plastic utensils. Not a big deal. We understand. It's hard to work shorthanded. We had already ordered at a kiosk today and were waiting for our food to be prepared, but there were no cups anywhere. We just needed two water cups. There was a group of three older women at the counter ordering, so I waited behind them while they finished. It took them about 10 minutes to wrap up their order, it was a little frustrating to wait that long just to get two water cups. But again, it's hard to work short-handed, so we understand.Parking: There is a parking lot right out front that holds plenty of cars for the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot and restaurant are both on the ground floor with no stairs.“
“Burgers used to be great now we're done after burnt burgers repeatedly and that just was like eating wood and the prices are way to high now... So I fell no longer will we go there... It costs as much as Texas road house. Veteran discount 10% on 1 meal only like a $1.50 disc used to be 20% on entire meal like other restaurants. Why do they assume only 1 person served in the military at a table? Ya know both men and women serve in the military.“
“Food was good, portion was small, but the price was low so it makes sense. They were training new staff in the middle of Friday night rush so that was a little chaotic, but totally understandable. As far as atmosphere, they have high ceilings so dining in is a little loud for my taste.Overall good experience and will be back.“

“It looks a little basic from outside. Inside holds bar seating, and a myriad of tables. It is not fancy.But,the food! The food is delicious. Pretty much all of it. We have gone many times, and everyone always loves their chosen dish. The chef is wonderful and the staff is courteous and does a great job. They have daily specials which also prove delish each time. Our favorite is the Sunday chicken dinner. It’s the only restaurant we have been to where the chicken breast is not salted to point of inedible. Fresh mashed potatoes are wonderful. Highly recommend this neighborhood restaurant.“
“We tried 3 different calzones from the menu and they were all amazing. Hot fresh bread surrounded melty cheese and luscious ingredients like chicken, ham, sausage, and veggies. We tried the "Meat me in St. Louie," "the Duke," and the "Which came first" and also got a Caesar salad. The food was great. Glasses for self service water elevated the experience. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Restrooms were very clean.“
“My wife and I ate here for the first time on Saturday night. When we were dating 45 years ago, we would go to the newly opened Panteras in Florissant. We loved the pizza, beer, and atmosphere. That location closed many years ago. We finally drove out to O'Fallon to go shopping and decided to stop in for dinner. This Panteras was a great reminder of those dates we had 45 years ago. The atmosphere was great. The service was fast and friendly. The pizza and toasted Ravioli were great, tasty, and delicious. We'll be back.“

A claw machine.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available, and lot leads to their front entrance where it is wheel chair accessible but the front door and entryway is a bit tight but is accessible. “My mom and I ate here on Monday and it was delicious. McAlister’s is my go to lunch spot no matter where I’m at. My mom was visiting and we both thought it sounded so good. Food was out hot, fresh and accurate in a matter of literal minutes. I got my normal - spicy chicken meal with fries and a sweet tea. It was delicious and consistent with the flavor I expect. Cousin got a chicken sandwich meal with fries and soda. She really enjoyed it!If you haven't eaten at a Chick-Fil-A, stop here right away! Alex was so friendly and helpful with the ordering process, how much food we needed based on the number of guests, and dropping off the food at the venue. Alex went above and beyond helping us set up the food at our tables at the venue and helped way beyond what was expected when dinner was served.The price of the food was also extremely reasonable for a 160+ people wedding.
