“We finally tried this place and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu. Had many options and will be returning to try. We got the wings, cheese steak sandwich and Po Boy. The only slight draw back was the amount of wings, felt like it could be more for the price. Prices are medium priced, but the flavor and portion make up for it. I don’t mind paying a bit extra for good food and that’s exactly what I got here. Even the tater tots where above average. Very impressed all around, this was a PACKED night and still got in and out in a reasonable time. Will be back again soon!“

“Contemporary Irish bar with the best food. Love the Reuben egg rolls and soft pretzels with guiness cheese sauce. Always outstanding. Always craving it. Fast friendly service. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Always make a stop there when out by Bryan Rd.“

“Really cool old school Irish pub with nice wood bar and a great atmosphere. Fantastic bartenders and service with a smile. I would highly recommend very cool people that come here and cool jerseys on the ceiling. They also allow dogs on the patio. They have a nice little dog bowl for water indoor food, which is a definite bonus. They have an outside window so you can smoke a cigarette pet your dog or feed your dog or drink your dog of course and get a beer, which is fantastic.Parking: Plenty of parking in the back with an entrance in the rear ;) and one in the front.“

“Food was good, nothing to write home about, but nothing to complain about either. Staff was really friendly. The borderline too loud music playing was some live recording that wasn't that great, but it was fine as background music.All in all, a good visit and would indeed recommend.“

“Went here for the first time today - Saturday lunch on the patio. The food was good and even though we were the only ones on the patio, the servers were very attentive and friendly! The buffalo shrimp sliders were good and the coleslaw was okay. My husband got a pizza and we loved the crust! Crispy and light! Fried pickles were good.The patio was a little drab and worn but it’s early in the season!“

“We went in for the first time for lunch. Mercedes was our bartender and could not be more wonderful. We had the chef salad and catfish bites and they were delicious. The owner was even present and engaged with us and thanked us for coming in. This speaks volumes to me and we will be back!“

“Great neighborhood Pub, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We sat at the bar and met Scott the bartender, very attentive and friendly to talk with. We had the Trash wings, OMG, if you like crispy wings, these are them, outstanding. We also that the potato skins that are loaded with bacon, so good. “Was looking up local places while in town & came across JJ Twigs. The only disappointing thing was that we didn't find this place sooner. Sarah, our waitress was awesome! The food was fresh hot, came out quickly & tasted amazing! I can't wait till we're back in town so we can stop by again.“

“I was there tonight for the Mizzou-Ohio Cotton Bowl game. It was crazy busy, but the staff held it together. They were taking orders and getting orders out without any frustration . The food was perfect, the drinks were perfectly made. This was our third time being there, and each time was better than the last.“

“I love this restaurant. The food is excellent and the quantity and quality is always too notch. Tomorrow I will go and celebrate my birthday at their restaurant. They also celebrate veterans day and I and my friends go there and feel welcome and enjoy a free meal.Parking: They have a couple of positions for vets only. Very handy if you have difficulties walking.“

“Went because it was the only place open late enough on a Monday night business trip. Had no idea it was a sports bar hooters variety of place. Had the naked lemon pepper chicken wings, they were decent. The waitress was very nice and didn’t flirt like crazy like most of these types of places. Very loud.“

“Dorian was our server and we had a group of 15 people and none of us ran out of our drinks. Each person ordered 20 wing and he did not confuse any of our orders. It was the best service I think I’ve received at any place. Dorian did an amazing job and didn’t complain once about how complicated our orders were and provided us amazing service.“

“I just ordered today to pick up order I never had them before they were the best honey barbecue wings I ever had! I have cancer and my taste in a appetite is awful so I was so happy to taste them and actually eat 5 wings and onion rings and French fries I am on chemo and this is wonderful to be able to eat these I will be going there often! “Had salmon, and it was excellent. Abbie was exceptional as our server she stopped by every 20-25 minutes to ensure my friend and I were doing well. It was a little noisy, which made a little difficult to converse, but I guess that is to be expected on a Friday night. Although we were there previously on a Friday night but sat on the opposite side and conversation was easier.“
