You’ve raised the bar so much, now everyone else is a disappointment.“

“This location has always done a great job at being consistent and accurate with my orders. Picklemans is a solid sandwich chain, they have a lot of sub sandwiches to pick from. I personally love their Italian beef with spicy gardenia peppers. They have a fantastic bread that’s soft and delicious. They also have great peppers here and you can get a jar of them too. My wife really loves their meatball and she just won’t try anything else. I have also tried their buffalo chicken sub and well anything else that’s spicy and love it all. We also very much enjoyed their pizza. The service here is usually fast and efficient and well everything hits here. Also the service is generally polite and friendly. The location itself is a decent size, they have space to dine in and plenty of parking in their shopping center.“

“The server was down for most of the St.Louis locations and the pickup order I thought I had placed using a gift card didn't go through, so it wasn't ready when I got there. They tried to work with me and Amanda patiently tried to get it all entered for me, but it wouldn't go through correctly. The manager made it right by taking care of the bill and letting me know that they want my business and knew I had been waiting and had ordered it through the app. Amanda later came back to my table to check on me. I will definitely keep coming back and it's close to home, they are very nice, and the food is good. I was at the Des Peres location.“

“I ordered my usual sandwich with mustard (both deli and yellow) and oil and vinegar, but unfortunately, it was completely soaked, to the point where the bread was falling apart. While I can understand how that might happen with all the sauces I requested, it was still a bit much. That said, this was otherwise one of the better experiences I’ve had! The staff was friendly for the most part, and the food was tasty despite the soaked bread. I also asked for extra pickles, and they really hooked me up, which I appreciated!

One suggestion: the owners should consider providing more thorough training for their employees and ensuring they’re treated well. Overall, I’m grateful for the effort the staff put in and would return.“

I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“Wonderful dining experience. Me and my brother went in for a quick bite to eat only stayed there for lunch for a few minutes. we were there only about 15 to 20 minutes. Got a sub sandwich and some chips and a drink. The service was fast and quick and professional. The staff was very nice and super fast. The person made my sandwich very quickly and i even gave them a compliment on how fast they made my sandwich . It was a yummy sandwich and it did not disappoint . i didnt use the bathroom in the restaurant so i dont know if the restroom is clean our not so take your chances . i know whenever i go to a restaurant i want a place that has a clean bathroom. the restaurant inside was clean and very orderly and very functional . they had a great assortment of drinks and chips that you can have with your sandwich meal. all and all it was a great dining experience and i would totally go back to this place again and eat there. i would recommend this place to everyone. the only reason why i gave it a 4/5 is that the restaurant is a very small place. they should expand .FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE AND TIKTOK AT FEARSMAN26
