We went to mcds yesterday to eat and ask for cookie tote you get 13 chocolate chip cookies for 5.00 there supposed to be warm they were cold and when I complained she told me that they were sitting for a while I looked at the tray where there were cookies and they were gone but we're there when I ordered she grabbed the box out of my hand and tossed them in the trash and hollered she wants warm...read full review
sat in line twice today for over 20 minutes EACH TIME. They are not even trying to get better. they did not pull a single car, my interaction took seconds, but we were waiting 3 minutes per car or more? then the food was cold when we got home.

The manager was very awesome and honest. However, orders can be hastily wrapped and missing one item. On a busy day, there can be a long wait. Some customers have had stomach cramps and gas pressure after eating.
