“Love the food! Absolutely delicious! The service is pretty good. The only issue is every single special order in the drive through, as in no onions, add onions etc, has not made it to us correctly, not once. We are not giving up, they'll get the orders right eventually, maybe they just need some training. Staying positive!“
“An employee named Melissa was EXTREMELY RUDE to my very sweet 85 year old woman. She ordered a taco salad with the chili on the side. At the pick up window it was mom, myself and our friend standing there. Melissa grabbed her taco salad and violently and forcefully threw the old salad in the trash in front of everyone. She very rudely looked at my mom and measly said. "I had to throw the old o e away.". I couldn't believe. After mom went to our table I said to her "Don't ever talk to my mom like that again. " I called later and complained to another manager. She wrote down her address and said she would mail mom a coupon for a free chicken sandwich combo. She lied. After over a week nothing. The 3 of us used to go to lunch at the o e in Labenon MO every Thursday. You have lost us and all 3 families business forever. Melissa needs to fired before you lose ALL your business. Our friends have lost your business too.“
“I have not been to an Applebees in about twenty years but stopped in here while on business. The service was amazing, the waitress took our order they way I would expect at a fine dining restaurant, complete by memory with not a thing forgotten. As well, the beer glasses were clean, the draft pour was perfect, and the food was good. If you’re hungry and in Lebanon, MO I would recommend stopping in.“
“House made ranch, fries, fries pickles, and of course burgers.Everything was excellent. Burgers had a good season mix.Since the fries are made in house, recommend you eat them immediately. They aren't the fast food crunchy kind.If you order take out, you may need to throw the fries in an oven or air fryer to warm them up and add a bit of crunch back to them.“
