I have been there four times in the past three weeks and every time there is only one young lady working there in the morning and I have to say she gives me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had for being the only person working in the morning. She always gets the food out within 5 to 10 minutes and is always very sweet to my kids as well. The main guy that works there, idk his name, but he is always super welcoming, and hes super sweet. Made my lil guy so happy with his ducky we got. Donuts are amazing. Definitely our new favorite go to donut store.

Duck Donuts is a new donut store in the area. The staff is wonderful, polite, kind, friendly, welcoming, and sweet. Some staff seem new to working, and with the shop being very new to the area, the flow will improve with time. One young lady working in the morning gives some of the best customer service, gets the food out within 5 to 10 minutes, and is very sweet to kids. The main guy is always super welcoming and sweet and made a little guy happy with his ducky. The food is always amazing, and the donuts are amazing. The donuts are some of the best ever tasted. Two flavors, Cinnamon Bun and French Toast, were made fresh and delicious. The spring collection was very appetizing, with lavender lemon, lavender vanilla, and lavender strawberry, which were beautiful and delicious. Milkshakes are very sweet and pair well with the donuts. Two free donuts and two extra lemon donuts were given. Rubber duckies are wanted. Duck Donuts is definitely a new favorite go-to donut store. Highly recommended.
