The place is understaffed. I ordered online, showed up ten minutes late and my sub hasn’t even been attempted. I feel sorry for the kids running the place. They are slow, and lacking direction. It doesn’t even seem like a manager is here.… Update. The person I believe is the manager was sitting in the back taking a break during the lunch rush while the standard employees were dealing with a catering order, a full lobby, and pick up orders backing up. I am glad that I didn’t read the reviews because we would not have gone there for lunch today. We were the only customers and the staff was so friendly and courteous. They checked on us several times throughout the meal and made us feel so welcome. The Philly cheesesteak was really good and I loved the warm fresh bread!! I’m sad that this doesn’t seem to be the normal experience here because we will definitely be coming back, and they have set the bar pretty high!

I like Jersey Mikes.. nothing wrong with the food or employees here, but this location is severely understaffed. The last few times I've been they've had ONE person making the sandwiches. I can tell they are overworked and overwhelmed and honestly it makes me feel guilty that I'm adding to their workload. I don't want to feel like that when I go out to eat.
