Jimmy John's in Lees Summit

“The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. It was a small gesture but it meant the world to us and was one of those “restoring faith in humanity” moments. I could have cried just because of two cookies. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to my kids about paying it forward as well. Thank you, kind cashier!!“

“Look, it's Jimmy John's, you know what they are all about. This location is fantastic. They are always fast, accurate and friendly. The food tastes like any other location, nothing different. But I give them a good review for their customer service.“
