Jimmy John's in Lees Summit

“The sandwiches were great, but I wanted to leave this review specifically about the cashier. I wish I had gotten his name, but he absolutely made my and my kids’ day. We came in to grab lunch on Saturday 2/7 and my young kids were both visibly sad and not having a great day. The cashier noticed this, paid for two cookies using his own money, and gave them to us. It was a small gesture but it meant the world to us and was one of those “restoring faith in humanity” moments. I could have cried just because of two cookies. It was an excellent opportunity to talk to my kids about paying it forward as well. Thank you, kind cashier!!“

“Did not even know this location was here. Came in today for the first time to grab a couple sandwiches. The store was clean and the staff were very friendly. Our order was made correctly and we enjoyed the sandwiches. We will be back now that we know you guys are fairly close to us.“

“I was not having the best night and walked into the store and was greeted by the sweetest worker Odie. He completely turned my night around and made me the best sandwich. I hope management appreciates this employee because you don't see workers who can run an entire store, with a smile on their face. I really hope you guys give him a raise, because it's well deserved!
