I have eaten here many times and always enjoy the experience. Food is well-prepared and always interesting. This isn't your usual fare. I tried the oatmeal and it was the best I've ever eaten. It had Mediterranean spices in it and was a real experience. It was a little pricey at about $7 a bowl but it was all so very special and I'll do it again. Thank youFig Tree for waking up my taste buds!
I've been to Fig Tree multiple times. I appreciate them being able to accommodate Gluten Free and I can even have several of their desserts (which are delish btw). The service is good and friendly and the coffee is pretty decent. I think they have a nice menu with a good selection of dishes having both traditional and cultural cuisines. I can't speak to their lunch offerings as I have only had breakfast there. I prefer to support small/local businesses when at all possible so...read full review

My boyfriend took me here this morning, I have never heard of The fig tree before. Definitely a hidden gem in Lee's summit, best breakfast place around! Service is outstanding, food was amazing! The potato's are to die for, I loved it and we will be coming back many times!
