The food was amazing. The people were very nice and thoughtful. The cook even came out to chat with us! One of the best "hole-in-the-wall" places I have ever been too. Highly recommend!!

We stopped in for breakfast while bringing my daughter back from fiddle camp in Bethel. I had done a little scouting around ahead of time, and after reading some reviews, decided to give the place a try. We stopped on the way through from picking up a kid from TSU in Kirksville after finding the place on Yelp. We wondered when we pulled up what we were getting ourselves into because it's an old house without much promise from the outside, and only a few cars were there at 8 am. But we were glad we tried it. Basic breakfast menu, not very fast service, but good eggs, toast and fantastic homemade hash browns and crisp thick bacon. I would definitely stop in again, nice local cafe.
