“I go to the Shack at least once a month. I was there recently and received excellent food and service. Jennifer was great server, nothing was too much trouble. She helped move all of our coats and bags in order to change our seats. She was cheerful and helpful. I bring my out-of-town guests here often. The menu includes healthy,creative, delicious entrees, and as well as gluten free options.“

“Brand new location in Chesterfield Valley. It is located in strip mall, so there is no drive thru. Great smoothies! The acai one was great. The detox one has lower calories and was very good. Friendly service. Sine they just opened, it was pretty busy.“

“Girl with blue eyes and long lashes was by FAR the best retail worker I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in after a hard day of work just wanted a scoop of cookie dough and I was met with nothing short of a charismatic and exceptional young lady. “The people at the Greenwood store treated us so well! Lastnight I ordered four drinks and they were flat the drinks had sprite in them and the carbonation was out! I called and they were so nice I went to replace the drinks today and they gave us bigger ones and got us in and out fast! Customer service was great! I recommend this place 100 percent! “If I could give six stars I would! My partner and I are big scooters fans and we only come to this location a few times a month when we do laundry down the block. The staff is always incredibly kind and attentive. Our orders are always made correctly and with love!

“BEST! BEST!! BEST location!!! They’re the nicest bunch of people. The drinks are always made consistently whether I visit in the morning or afternoon. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. I usually order on the app and if I need to make a change, whether I selected the incorrect milk, want to change how much ice, or if Sugar Free syrup is an option for the drink I purchased, it’s never been an issue. I’ve tried another Scooters location and they need to be trained by this store’s employees and standards. They are hands down, THE BEST LOCATION! 🥰💜💙“

“We visited this store on Sunday afternoon, 3/8 around 3 p.m. . It got very busy while we were there. Ice Cream Sundays, delicious as always. The poor guy working everything was apparently the only employee and was doing a great job. I feel that you should have had as least one other person there with him....and if there was someone in the back the whole time we were there, they did not help at all. This poor guy worked the never ending line, helped Uber drivers with their orders and delivered orders to tables. This guy deserved something extra that day or at least a pat on the back.“

“The most important factor is the food and it was very good. We were never greeted or had any employee day anything to us. We had to order via a touch screen that was very laggy. Then when they brought us the food they just asked who had what and that was it. No one was rude it's just set up to be a minimalist atmosphere. The atmosphere and decorations was not very memorial. But like I said earlier the food was good and the shake was ok as well.“
