“My wife and I have been eating there about once a week for a couple of years now and ever since we first started, it's not uncommon to get our food not prepared very well. Uncooked hash browns, parts of the meal missing, on some not so often occasions - overcooked. The waiters/waitress usually gets the order written right but the kitchen does what it wants to!“
