Went for breakfast this morning. Specifically asked for crispy hash browns. All the food for the table came out except the hashbrowns, which was ok because I thought they were cooking them longer because that’s what the waitress said. Ten minutes later, she brings them out, soggy in butter and didn’t even look cooked at all. I politely told her these were not crispy and she huffed and took the plate. My wife and I have been eating there about once a week for a couple of years now and ever since we first started, it's not uncommon to get our food not prepared very well. Uncooked hash browns, parts of the meal missing, on some not so often occasions - overcooked. The waiters/waitress usually gets the order written right but the kitchen does what it wants to!
