Eliminate sugar, especially in drinks, and severely limit wheat, including whole wheat. Eat real food - vegetables and meat. Go keto and get healthy. Lose weight and get off your blood pressure and diabetes drugs. Many have done it, you can too.
Got a cherry chocolate chip blizzard. It was delicious. And they actually turned it upside down before they handed it to me. Just like in the commercial. I have had concretes from pretty much everywhere that sells them but the DQ one was really good. And it wasn't already half melted when I got it. Hence turning it upside down. And had plenty of toppings. Kind of a pain to get to because it's in the truck stop, but well worth the effort. I'm probably going to be a regular.

The ice cream I had here was good. The food on the other hand is bad. They only have hotdogs and they are put into a microwave and served. The bread was all rubbery. This occurred July 29, 2023 about 9:30pm. And Wendy’s next door is not good either. Threw my food away. I eat in restaurants all day every day and this was the worst. Both restaurants have bad food.
