Made me fresh pretzels and was very friendly....will be going back!!
I got a box a rivets to share. The rivets on the top of the box were great. Unfortunately the rest were rock hard and inedible. I wish the employee would have just told me he didn’t have enough to sell me a box. I would have understood and would have purchased a smaller size. Since it was 15 minutes before closing I took rivets instead of pretzels because that’s what he had, and left a small tip. Please just be honest with your customers. We ordered 200 mini pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory for our daughter's wedding as a late night snak. Abhi (owner) was very easy to work with and personally delivered them to the wedding venue. All our guests loved them!
