“I came across this place when looking for local places to eat in Ozark. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Our dog was allowed to join us on the patio - definitely a huge plus - IYKYK. The pulled pork was very good and juicy. The sides A+. I got the potato salad and broccoli salad. My husband got the cole slaw. They were made different than what we are use to but tasted great nonetheless. I am sure we will be back before we leave to go home.“

“We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. I got the buffalo chicken wrap and my wife got the buffalo chicken sandwich, which were essentially the same thing, but one having a bun and one in a tortilla wrap. Having said that, the food was very good. Excellent flavor, not too spicy, and tender chicken. Both came with fries which were good but nothing over the top. Our server was very kind and helpful, being this was our first time here. I only wish I had gotten her name. The menu seems to be various ways to eat chicken strips/nuggets, but there are many items to choose from. We definitely plan on going back to check out more of their offerings. Our bill was $21 without drinks.“

Server Astrid did a great job thoughout the meal; personable, quality checks, tbl manicured, drinks refilled. Food temps and quality great! “I routinely stop in at the downtown JPCo. I am greeted with a smile and friendly small talk, everytime. Anytime I can feast on spinach and cheese handpies, I'm a happy camper!“

“Really good Mexican and great service. Warm fresh tortilla chips with homemade salsa for everyone. We added on table side guacamole and queso…both were great. The fish tacos were amazing. We also had the spinach and cheese chicken enchiladas and the Bella special. Our family was glad to find an authentic Mexican place to come back to.“

“So much better than Popeyes! The springfield location employees took money out of their own pockets to donate to my son's benefit to buy a head stone and they didn't even know my son. I lost my son over a month ago due to a motorcycle accident. A car did not stop and turned in front of my son causing us a very great loss for his family and friends. So many broken hearts! Thank you all for the donations may God bless you all 100 times more. This shows that there are still caring and loving people out there. #longlivetheFrizz“

“I came in to pickup an order and the cashier Jayden was very mean and cold to me. I had gone up the counter and he scoffed at me and walked away. Thankfully though the other employees were very kind and helpful

“This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.“

“I was in Springfield and ordered a meal from the app. I accidentally ordered from the one inside the mall. They have a curbside pickup but I couldn't find it (it was freezing cold and snowing). I went in to get it and the lady that gave it to me took out the fries that had been sitting there and gave me fresh ones. It was my fault for taking so long and she was worried about the fries getting cold. She went above the great service that they normally do. Thank you so much!“

“This review is mainly for Cassandra. I truly appreciate her impeccable customer service. Sometimes she writes a kind message on our to-go cups. She doesn’t have to but it makes a big difference. Kindness goes a long way! When she is there, the drink station is clean and our to-go order is always waiting on a shelf that’s easy to reach for my short height. I appreciate the ladies there and I know they all take pride in their work. Cassandra goes out of the way to say hello and let you know that you are not just a number or quick order to fulfill. Let’s just say Dean greeted us with the same enthusiasm as someone who just stepped on a Lego. The man could use a refresher course in “How to People 101.” But hey, we all have our days—maybe his pet cactus yelled at him or something.

The rest of the crew? **Fantastic.** Friendly, fast, and clearly carrying the team spirit like Olympic torch runners.
