“This place was very busy when I went in. I had a limited budget and everything looks so good. I couldn’t make up my mind very well, and when I thought I had it made up, I would ask the girl to change the order she had to redo it a couple times. She was very patient with me and very kind and she kept trying to help some of the employees around her That were asking her questions while she was trying to help me anyways, it was a good experience to see somebody wanting to do their job plus some I heard one of the other girls call her Maddie and thanked her for helping her“
“This wasn't my first time here but it is my first review of this cute place. When you go in you go and order at the counter, and then they bring your food to you. I met a group of lady friends for lunch. I love places like this because they're so different than what I'm used to in California. The drive here from Parkville is a very cool country road. There were a group of eight of us. They put a few tables together, so we were able to sit together. They also have picnic tables outside. I ordered Ruby don't go bacon my heart (lol love the name) Grilled cheese with jam and crumbled bacon. It was very good. Excellent combination of ingredients that went very well together. Grilled to perfection. It came with soft cheese and crackers and a pickle slice. Everything was very tasty. I also ordered a scoop of banana ice cream. All I can say is wow! I think that's one of my favorite ice cream's ever. They have some homemade jams and other things like cheese that are packaged so you can take home as well as t-shirts and sweatshirts. Great place, great atmosphere and very friendly people that work there. I will be back many more times.“
“What's Freddy's better then again and therefore I wasn't able to get any food and now it's day three that I've been without food and I have hypoglycemia but you know it is what it is and Freddy's is an awesome place I love their frozen yogurt their fries are the best in their California sandwich is the one I usually get and I would recommend them to anybody all the time when they talk to you they treat you with respect and God bless them“
“One of our favorites for fast food. One of the few we will actually go inside to eat. The service is fantastic! We do have a laugh because my daughter asks for extra pickles every time and they add one to one and a half. Are pickles really that expensive?!?Parking: Plenty of easily accessible parking and 2 entrance/exits for traffic flow.“
“What a lovely bakery! I was in town helping my cousin get ready to move and she recommended Sis' Sweets. Cookies galore! And delicious every one. I got a sampler to take back for all the kids. We had a great time trying all the cookies. They decorate with the historical township in mind perfect since they are right across from the hay market. There are actual hand carved carousel figures on the wall. I learned so much about the history of Leavenworth while visiting there. It sounds like there is a working carousel just a few blocks away and that area was the largest maker of carousel figures at one point. They were also getting ready for a cookie decorating with Santa the next day. I loved that they were so involved with the community. If I was to move to Leavenworth someday. This is where I'd want to work. Thank you again for the lovely visit.I would note that coffee isn't readily available. But they gladly brewed me a fresh pot. ? “This place took us by surprise…their ice cream is some of the best I’ve had and they have a few unique flavors. They shared that they make all ice cream there which is a plus. We will definitely be returning. The whole family gave it a big thumbs up.“
