My husband and I tried Green Dirt Farms for lunch and it surpassed both of our expectations! We had never tried sheep cheese before so we shared the Monger’s board, lamb burger and Cuban sandwich. All was excellent and a great experience. We also tried the soft serve for desert, that was fabulous and the waffle cone has a hint of almond extract. We will definitely be back!
Absolutely a special place, very focused on what they do well. The people who were working when I came in clearly understood that the experience was as important as the transaction - we were offered cheese samples, they explained how the cheeses are made and why they are special. The Green Dirt soft cheese is incredible, my wife bought a wheel and it was gone before I got to try it. The ice cream was just like soft serve except richer and slightly tangy. Was a fun unique stop on our Weston trip. We ordered a charcuterie board so we could try several different cheese. The fresh spread with honey and the bloomy’s rind dusted with vegetable ash was our favorite. The ice cream is a must try too!
